Q: Are you a motivational speaker?

SORRELL: What is motivation? It's something that compels you forward, that impels you onward. Ultimately, the only thing that will motivate you with any consistency is your self-interest, not somebody from the outside having people stand on chairs and clap and scream their affirmations to the world.
